Jennifer serves as the point person for Fellowship Hall use.  If you need to reserve the Fellowship Hall for an event or occasion, contact Jennifer.

The Fellowship Hall is not available 2nd or 3rd Sundays as church events take place on those days.

Mary’s Grove Community Church Fellowship Building Use Regulations

1. All church sponsored organizations have priority & free use of the facilities.
2. Reservations may be made with Jennifer Putnam. The reservation is confirmed only when the full deposit is made.  Fee is $200.00 and $100.00 cleaning deposit.  The deposit will be returned if the building is clean and the heat or AC is off.
3. The person making the reservation is responsible for reporting and paying for any damages.
4. Two adults must be present at all activities per the church Safe Sanctuary policies.
5. Disposable items such as paper cups, plates, napkins, tablecloths, & plastic silverware are not included with the reservation.
6. None of the equipment or furniture may be loaned for offsite events.
7. People or groups using the facilities:
   1. may NOT use tape on the walls -no scotch tape, packing tape, duct tape, glue dots, etc. (command hooks and painters’ tape are permitted).
   2. may NOT use duct tape on tables, floors, doors, etc.
   3. no alcoholic beverages: beer, wine, liquor, etc.
8. End of Event Check List: (suggestion: take pictures of facility before your use)
   1. Return all chairs, tables, and equipment to original location.
   2. Sweep floors and mop any spills.
   3. Remove all perishable foods.
   4. Remove all garbage.
   5. Clean all tables and countertops.
   6. Remove all the decorations brought in. Put church décor back in place.
   7. Turn off Heat or Air and fans.
   8. Check Restrooms: Are toilets running? Is the water in sink off?  Has trash been removed?
   9. Turn off all lights: rooms, hallways, kitchen, fellowship hall, porch.
   10. Lock all doors.

Remember:  this is God’s House and property.  Honor Him.

FEE PER USE:……$   200.00 plus $100 cleaning deposit

This fee covers heat/air, water, power, cleaning supplies, general maintenance, etc.       2.8.25
